• "Premium Member" refers to Listed Firms with paid subscription plans.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under UK law
• All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Platform Services

4.1 For Investors

Our Platform allows you to:

• Submit inquiries to firms you're interested in
• Access firm profiles and contact information

4.2 For Wealth Management Firms

Listed Firms can:

• Create and manage firm profiles
• Receive qualified leads from investors
• Access analytics on profile views and inquiries (Premium Members)
• Update firm information at any time

5. Important Disclaimers

5.1 No Warranties

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of Listed Firm information
• The suitability of any firm for your specific needs
• The performance or quality of services provided by Listed Firms
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

5.2 FCA Verification

We verify that Listed Firms are registered with the FCA at the time of listing. However, we are not responsible for changes in FCA authorization status. Users should independently verify a firm's FCA status on the official FCA register before engaging services.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Spam or harass Listed Firms or other users

7. Paid Subscriptions (For Firms)

7.1 Subscription Plans

We offer Basic, Enhanced, and Premier subscription plans. Pricing and features are detailed on our Pricing page.

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

7.3 Lead Caps

Basic and Enhanced plans have monthly lead caps. Leads are counted when an investor submits an inquiry to your firm. Unused leads do not roll over to the next month. Premier plans have unlimited leads.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on wealthmanagementlondon.co.uk, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites (including Listed Firm websites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party sites.

10. Limitation of Liability
